Our first Product
While working in the garden during the Covid-19 lockdown in March of 2020, the idea for the Mo-Mate germinated in the mind of Michael, our founder and CEO. Some heavy plant pots need to be shifted with no easy way of doing this at hand. Necessity being the mother of invention, Michael headed into the garage and built a simple platform that could be attached to his ride-on mower. Seeing how useful it was, he decided to look at improving the design to make it more robust, adjustable and easy to store. Several iterations later resulted in an easy-to-use, versatile and robust attachment which would fit the vast majority of ride-on mowers in the marketplace.
With the establishment of Megafab Limited, Michael has brought a small skilled team together to bring Mo-Mate (patent pending) to market. Michael has over 30 years of industrial and manufacturing experience at senior management level for a global Plc and with Megafab he intends to build a dynamic new business for the manufacture and production of innovative garden and farm equipment in Ireland.
Our Second Product
A lot of development time went into the engineering and production preparation of our second product the "Tipsy-Bin". This innovative take on the Meal/Feed bin to makes it easier for the user to access the feed and reduces the risk of back injury/strain.
A high quality build with accomodation for lifting using standard tractor loader attchments increases it utility and ease of trasport.
We have had great feedback and acclaim for this innovative product and it will be featuring soon at the Ploughing Championships this year.
