Orders & Payments

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. We’re an Ireland based company and we ship mostly to customers in Ireland, the UK and other European countries. All prices on Megafab.ie products are charged in Euro and include VAT. If you are outside the EU you can buy our products VAT free (a saving of 21% up to February 2021 and 23% therafter)

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards. 

My payment has been declined, but my card should be ok?
If your payment has been declined, double check the details you have entered. Sometimes this might simply be because you’ve typed in the number, expiry date or cvv incorrectly. If you amend any errors and your payment still isn’t accepted you can try again using another card. There are a number of valid reasons why the transaction might have failed. You will need to speak to your card issuer to understand and resolve these.

When is payment taken?
Payment will be taken when your order has been placed. We cannot accept an order until we have received full payment for the goods. Please make sure you have funds available on your card when placing your order.

Delivery

Can I pick my order up?
All orders placed through our website will be sent out for delivery. If an order is placed by phone, you can pickup from our warehouse in Galway, Ireland or your nearest distributor.

Where do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver online orders to customers on the Island of Ireland and the UK mainland. Please call us if you want to place an order for delivery to any other location.

When can I expect my order?
Your order will be delivered between 4 and 5 working days typically on the Island of Ireland. Orders to the UK may take an additional couple of days. 

Aftercare & Returns

Do I have to pay for returns?
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund of the item purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
